On 27 October 2026 the official site described Decimated as an open alpha available on PC through the Epic Games Store, with leaderboards and rewards, and on 16 April 2026 Decimated's X account said DIO rewards are distributed daily and weekly to active players and NFT holders. That post also switched DIO to demand-based rewards (no spending in the game means no rewards), and the Steam page still says coming soon.

What is Decimated Game?
Decimated Game is a multiplayer survival RPG set in a ruined future, where players share one online world and pick a side among three factions. Play centres on missions and combat, against both computer-controlled enemies and other players, and the project's site lists leaderboards and rewards among its features.
As of 27 October 2026, the game is in open alpha on PC through the Epic Games Store. Steam, console and mobile editions are planned, and the Steam listing still reads "coming soon".
Fracture Labs, the studio behind it, describes the game as built in Unreal Engine 5 around a Solana economy that runs on a token called DIO.
How Decimated Game works
New players are pointed to a combat gym, where they can practise looting, using the inventory, taking cover and fighting. Experienced players move on to the Death Valley map and take missions that pay credits and loot. Items can be stored in vaults so they are not lost on death, and vehicles and jetpacks are part of the gameplay.
DIO is the in-game currency. The project's buy page says it is spent on gear such as vehicles, weapons and jetpacks.
Rewards changed on 16 April 2026, when the official X account announced that DIO had moved from emission-based to demand-based rewards. Under that model, a player who spends nothing earns nothing, and more activity brings more rewards. The same account says rewards are paid out automatically, daily and weekly, to active players and NFT holders. It also says anyone can now fund a leaderboard competition by depositing DIO, with the winners earning it.
The project once ran a DIO airdrop for website sign-ups. A 14 February 2025 post asked for a sign-up, a game wallet and a retweet, with a deadline of 28 February 2025, so that round has closed. Fracture Labs has not announced a new round since.
